FAQ

Where are you located?

We are centrally located in the heart of Dallas with great access to all parts of the metroplex.

Can I send my patient directly to your lab?

No, all specimens must be collected from the physician’s office or from the patient’s residence.

Do I need to freeze or refrigerate the specimens?

No. Nasal swabs can remain at room temperature for 4 hours. If you are submitting the respiratory test requisition form at the time of collection, then there is no need to refrigerate. If you are waiting to submit the requisition form, we suggest you refrigerate the nasal swab specimen. There is no need to refrigerate the gastrointestinal specimen.
